Kara: "How do you get to Bosnia?"
Russell: "It's a 7hour flight to London, then another 3 to Belgrade, then I have about a 3hr car ride over two borders to my family's house."
Kara: "Not to sound mean, but how did you even know there were other people in the world when you were growing up?"
