Carrie fought the good fight with her contacts this a.m., but then one of them popped out and landed on the treadmill. I elected not to put it back in and instead plowed forward like a cyclops. Then I tried to select "Shake My" by the Three Six Mafia on my iPod and instead somehow ended up selecting the instrumental movement on the Free Willy soundtrack. File that one under "T" for "Totally Uninspiring Treadmill Music."
